In fact, PD&H contracted by mechanical subcontractor (HVAC & Plumbing) to project number of labors needed to meet deadlines. These projections are based on GC schedule, quantities of work, and estimated productivity rates. During the course of project the numbers will update on monthly bases according to GC's new updated schedules and subcontractor's actual productivity rate (Earned Value analysis).
